Welcome to Folkestone Town  Council

Following a Referendum of the town’s people in May 2003 and the subsequent approval of the Secretary of State, Folkestone Town Council was formed in June 2004, although Folkestone had been a Borough Council up until 1974.  To read more, please go to the ‘About Folkestone‘ page.
